Weight Restriction: Pets over 40lbs must reside in first floor apartments

No exotic animals are permitted. Breed restricted dogs are Pit Bull, American Bulldog, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, and Presa Canario, any mix of the previous breeds are prohibited.
